- Familiarity with your firm's standard letter format and billing narrative style
- 2–3 sample letters from prior matters as style reference (do not upload — use them to describe the format)
- Time needed: 30 minutes for initial setup; 5 minutes per document after that
- Cost: $20/month (Claude Pro)
- Important: Never paste actual client names, case numbers, or confidential matter details into Claude. Use descriptions only: "a personal injury plaintiff" not the client's name.
